been recieving calls from 866-216-1162 ext. 155 from a Heidi Dawon who works with Andrew Cullen and Assoc. demanding that I have a payday loan outstanding and if I dont pay they will take me to court they said it was under an address I havent lived at for 6 yrs and a baank I never had an acct with apparently had been making payments til Oct.!!!!!! sound familiar to anyone???
I also got 2 phone calls today from a Michael Phillips with Andrew Cullan and Associates. This man stated to return his call immediately to keep from my account being placed with the collection agency. He did not say who the call was for but when I tried calling the number back I got only a voice mail message stating leave a message and they will call me back. Not sure who it is but I will contact them first thing in the morning and explain to them if they do not remove my number from the list I will press charges....
sep. 19, 2013 I got the same msg today but with no missed call from it except the number he said to call back said 561-298-4298 not 293. I just googled his name and number and found this page. it said it was disconnected but I tried calling the number on this page and it went to voicemail. It was very odd that an attorney would leave a voicemail and not mention who it was intended for soo who is this guy and WHAT IS THE POINT OF HIM MAKING THESE CALLS?
I just received this same call and message. After several failed attempts to call back (kept telling me number that was left was disconnected), I tried the number on my caller ID and it was a recording at first, then gave options. Option 1 was if you were a court reporter (don't really remember) to press 1; which I did. Spoke with guy who was looking for someone (he gave me the person's name) Told him I didn't know him and he offered to remove my number. He did tell me that he spends most of his day removing peoples numbers.
