I just received that call last night and listened to the v/m right now. . I do remember registering for a " nutrition demonstration" or something, at a recent Bridal Show. I was given a bag with information and a small really cute red spatula. I did keep an extra registration card just in case but just have not reviewed it.   I'm wondering if the call is coming from them . They did indicate that we would be called for a " free" dinner . We assumed it must be for promotional purposes in which we would  sit through a presentation and they try to sell us something. In this case, nutrition stuff.
