Does anyone know who these people are keep getting emails stating that I'm going to be legally prosecuted give me a break

ignore them they are false.. I  gave them money and they kept on calling me for more.

I just received email saying that I have 795.00 to pay them and if I don't I would go court and pay 4302.00 and maybe jail for bank fraud. Is this a scam?

This is a scam'' ignore.. first if u notice it comes from a gmail account ! Second of all look at the broken English ! Don't give them a dime tur them in to the FTC !

Great, because you paid, they stay in business and call 10,000 more random people.
