Commenters here are exactly right - Tony Burke "looking at my company" left a message on my voice mail. This follows another message yesterday from a lady from another FL phone number saying that is calling "from Google."
Claimed he was looking at my company ad and wanted me to call him back. I previously blocked the number because I received a call and they guy told me he was from Google. I told him he was not from Google and full of .... So while on my block list a message was left by "Tony". No thanks Tony! Go away!!!!
Yes, he solicited a head of our non-profit organization for advertisement. Our head of organization handed me the phone, and we had some conversation. He wanted to sell the magazine ad (all full-color) for $300 (1/4 page), $600 (1/2 page), $900 (full page), then he said "to makes your decision easier, I can give you more discount..." and gave $200 (1/4 page), $300 (1/2 page) $500 (full page). I have been telling him that we need to discuss and decide before we can answer.. He called back twice... similar story. One of our organization member thought it was one of those scams where they don't issue the promised magazine... who knows, Tony Burke may be pseudonym...
just had call from Tony Burke 561-327-7656, he left me a message asking to call him back, since I do no get too many business calls from outside FL State, I looked up his number online, and found this forum, Im not going to call him back, will put him in "block" also. Thank you of sharing your experiences.
