SCAM ALERT!!!!
A "mortgage lender" contacted my mother on 10/31/13 . He identified himself as Craig and said that he represented Roselle Trust.
He wanted to work on my mothers behalf for a loan mod. …
He said that she‘d have to pay Roselle trust $400 for four consecutive months.
I suspected that he was a scammer, so I browsed the net while she spoke with him.
