Called today, tried to pose as a potential customer to try and sell me an ad for a country club publication. When they try to trick you in the beginning, you can bet that they will trick you in the end. Tell this person to put your number on the no call list that they are required to maintain by the Federal Trad Commission, and never call your number again.
I got the same bogus call from a man acting as a potential customer. Then he tried to get me in to the same publication. I don't like under handed tactics. I wouldn't do business with them for that very reason.
David Lacy called wanted to know about our business, for his project.
Wanted to know years in business, then wanted to speak to the owner.
I took his # and told him someone would return his call.
I have to research the things so that I am not wasting the owners time, like now.
It's amazing what they go through for a phone call, and if the owner did return his call,
how many business owners are going to fall for whatever they are trying to sell? Not us!
Just got the same call from David, he actually said that this was his CELL PHONE number. I could hear the boiler room voices in the background. These guys are morons, I will also contact the 'country club' to let them know about there name being used.
