Someone by the name of Juliana keeps calling to charge me for a 49 day old invoice for cleaning services. I have never used this service nor intend to. I do my own cleaning because I live in a small apartment. The Juliana person speaks with a very heavy accent. I don't know if she is Hispanic or Brazilian but she does have a heavy accent and is not very intelligible when she speaks English.
