I received a text message from this phone number.  They knew my name.  "Hey Sally, not sure if you or anyone you know still smokes.  But www.smoke555.com is giving away free e-cig trials. - John" I have never smoked so clearly this person does NOT know who I am, but somehow they had my name and number.
