Text message fraud. Sends me message about winning $100 gift certificate from Walmart without a opt out option. In the Philippines I would send my relatives to track down this crook and they would know what to do!
Received spam text message... "Special thank you for our registered users. Please call 1-866-585-6356 to claim your $100.00 Wal-mart Gift Voucher! 2 Quit Reply Stop." Blocked with Mr. Number and filed a complaint with DNC.
