I got a call from 561-557-0978 on July 30, 2016 at 10:31 am. I answered and had a poor connection. The phone kept cutting out and we had difficulty hearing each other. We each kept saying hello unit the connection was good. The caller was calling about their drive for veterans. I declined. My caller ID said, "Out of area," which almost always means a telemarketer.

Called at 12:18pm. Rang 3 times but left no message. Way too many of these calls coming in from local area code. If there's no name, or an unknown name, I just call block it.
