I got a call too. They said if I do not take the manual upgrade I will be charge $495. Said I signed a contract and has my signature which is bogues.

Got the same call saying I purchased a antivirus pkg. And would like to update it. I told him I know this is a scam . He was very insistent. I Said ok I will put you on with my husband who looks after these things and he hung up.
