Had a call same as above claiming I had account i need to renew they were rude so i said no and i hung up they called back and was extremly rude to me ....wow what a way to do customer service.
Claimed to be an an SEO advertiser that I supposedly signed up for. Insisted on sending me an invoice for something i did not consent to. Reluctant to tell me the name of their firm. VERY adversarial.
Had the same call as "Annoyed". The guy did the same thing; claimed I signed up for something, etc etc. When he couldn't produce the evidence/account #/anything, he told me I was being rude and not letting him finish. That's how I knew it was B.S. A company trying to gain your business would never talk to potential clients that way. Anyway, after he told me I was rude, I asked him "how's this for RUDE?" and told him what I thought about him and his sales call. He hung up, called back, to tell me again "YOU ARE RUDE", then hung up, probably because he was afraid of what I'd say to him next. LOL. Then, a woman, same company, 305 area code, did the same thing. She was even more childish than he and proceeded to tell me I was rude, then call me back, not once, but twice, only to hang up on me. These people are idiots and make me laugh. How do companies like this make any money?
Had a call from this number with the same experience as the above users. Lady insisted I signed up for SEO advertising and owed close to $500, except the dates didn't match up and the firm was something I'd never heard of. Called themselves: "Pro Marketing". When I started asking questions she became extremely agitated and hung up on me.
