A bogus "Hooked Up Auto" business.  This is likely an identity theft ring.  Don't answer or just tell them that you are reporting them to the authorities..... then do.

rang, let no message.

They called and some noise in the background then hung up

This number calls me at all times of day, when answer no one is there, so annoying.
