So this guy calls up and says he needs to talk to whoever handles our "Integra" account, I didn't know what that was so I asked him, he said they were our phone and internet service or something, so I placed him on hold and got my IT lady on the phone who said to put him through, he told her he was with Integra and then apparently during the conversation said he was with Century Link.. she was just like "I thought you said you were with Integra?!" at which point he hung up on her. Then he called back and hung up on me! She came down a minute later and told me the story, so apparently this call was some sort of B.S.! I should've trusted my gut that this was some sort of scammy cold call from the beginning. I hate when callers are vague and misleading, it's so rude and just poor quality. I'll never use Century Link after some of the calls I've gotten from them, just rude and unprofessional! Century Link, you need to train your callers apparently!!!!
