Call yesterday morning. Man said something about "free Comcast." I said "I don't want Comcast" and hung up. Got the same call again. Caller ID was "Willy Freeman,' who is a fictional character. I put the number on CallClerk's blocked list. The *** called 30 times in the next 10 minutes. It is a south Florida number, unless it is spoofed, which is most likely.
