I received 22 calls from this number on 9/5/14 from 7:30pm until 7:43pm. The calls continued even when I asked them to stop. The female caller use violent language. She refused to state the nature of the call, the product, the purpose, and absolutely refused to give any information about the company. I called the number back and when I did, the female on the other end answered the phone "Ronald's residence, may I help you/". What was that? Besides disturbing the household for many minutes, the caller was rude, violent and threatening. Close this shop down. Where and why would telemarketers learn these techniques? This can't be legal or even endorsed as a routine solicitation? ARE THEY NOT GOING TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE HARRASSMENT? I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and the Consumer Fraud Protection Agency. Put this shop out of business but not before all employees are terminated. Just got a call from this number, claiming to have something to do with NY Magazine. When I tried to tell caller that my aunt, whom she asked for, just died and to please put us on their do not call list, she started screaming at me how the do not call list does not apply to this call and hung up on me. I've reported it to NY Magazine and plan on following up further on this. Totally unacceptable.
Got a call every day from this number for 4 days after 8 pm while on vacation.
Picked it up today, turns out it is a magazine 'subscriber service' who I had talked to a couple of weeks ago. At the time, I told them I did not want to talk to them after they admitted they were not in fact associated with the magazine in question. They obviously ignored my request and keep calling. I don't believe they can legally call me as I am on the do not call list. I have a business relationship with the actual magazine, but not with them.
