Our Law Office just received a telephone call from Lisa Beggs and the telephone is listed to her as it came up on our caller ID. Her newest stunt is that she has changed her phone number to 561-672-5643. Her previous number was 561-901-5342. Check out all of the complaints about her and other deceitful individuals making calls from that number. When Lisa Beggs called today she was deceitful, misleading and vague. She called to ask for one of the managing partners and indicated she was calling about a probate matter from out of town and that they have been playing telephone tag. Evidently she had called previously wanting to make probate referrals..... for a fee of course and my boss asked me to call to make sure what she wanted and tell her we are not interested. I explained I was the probate paralegal and I could help her with whatever she needed. She insisted on speaking with him so I told her that we were not interested in whatever she was trying to sell and hung up. She then called back and said did you hang up on me and I told her absolutely. She then again misrepresented herself and attempted to portray that she was a client and threatened to blast us all over the internet. If you get a call from this number/woman, give her heck!!!
"Lisa" left voicemail late last night (weekend), she has called our office before, I don't remember what number she used but it wasn't this one and she tried the same gag. "in need of a probate attorney, feel more comfortable speaking to a partner" She should have done her research, there are no "partners" and only one lawyer, and we do not handle probate outside of our state. I checked our phone logs, we also got a call from "Josh" at 561-901-5342 November 2016 with the same request verbatim.
same thing happened to us and we are in San Jose, California and she called over the weekend with message to only speak to one of our partners -- thanks to your comments I will not return the call.
We also received a call from "Lisa" at 561-672-5643, re: probate matter but felt more comfortable speaking to a partner - we only have one attorney. She called after hours, 8 p.m. We are in southern Indiana.
