Just got a call from this number. It said Florida. I am on the do not call list for several years now. This was a company claiming to be DOB Capitol wanting to buy or more accurately loan me money on my annuity. I do not deal with these people and they should not call my cell phone, or any phone for that matter. As you can tell I hate telemarketers.
