This clown now uses fake names on Facebook to screw with people...same story, states hes an Investigator. Contacted a very good friend with local State Police and is running him down now. He is commiting crimal actions by what he is doing. Misreprestening himself on social medias as he is can cost him dearly. "IF" this person is a investigator he needs his paper yanked. Uses nam JIM BLOCK on Facebook, a female with the name Chin from CA who states "she" is a fashion desinger. What a lowlife..he's just a repoman screwing with people on subjects that are closed.
This guy has called our home on NUMEROUS occassions, harassing my 84-yr. old mother. He was also looking for my older brother. Said they were "building a case against him". For what? I've NO clue. My mother has told him not to call, that my brother doesn't live here, & she doesn't know his number (which is true). He's so much as called her a liar. Today he called for the 4th or 5th time. I was at work & had Mom get the # off of the Caller ID, & called this clown myself. I've also done a reverse lookup on this idiot, & the # comes back to a Charles M James, 325 Executive Center Drive, #B106, West Palm Beach. Anyhow.... I told him why I was calling, & that I was tired of him harassing my mother. He said... Do you know WHY I'm calling? I told him I don't really care why he's calling, that my brother's an adult, & I'm NOT responsible for him (my brother's 60). He then told me he's a PI & they're "building a case against him", & I said that's NOT my problem. He wanted to know if I talked to my brother, & I told him NO (which is true). & that IF he's a PI, he can find my brother himself, that I'm NOT doing his work for him. He then said that our # was the last # they had for my brother, & I told him that he hasn't lived at that # in at least 10 years, so DON'T CALL US AGAIN. If he does, I'm reporting him for harassing the elderly.
Thanks for the info. We are getting the same run around about my brother in law. Our phone service suggested calling the FCC (888-225-5322), the Do Not Call List (888-382-1222) and the Annoyance Call Center at ATT (888-966-6222).
A business card reading "URGENT, please call, 10pm-10am 561-503-1979 or 10am-10pm 561-697-8070" was placed on our mailbox. Scary to think that some stranger was on our property....Stalker??!! A few days later there is a message on our answering machine from some guy (calls himself Calvin Foster) saying that this is a very urgent matter regarding a case I am involved in. Caller id reads BMAFA and the number is 561-697-8070.
I got a call from this "Calvin Foster" at home while I was at work, he left a message about him being a private investigator and filing a case against me - that I had to call him by 4 pm today, and it was 3pm when he left the message. I checked the county website, and no case had been filed; so I google, read all of this and the call him back at (561) 697-8070. A man answered "Hello", so I asked if this was a business I was calling, he said no, I said I received a message from this number, he then said "This is Calvin Foster". I asked what he did, he said he was a private investigator, I then asked for his private investigator license number, and suddenly he got heated. He wanted to know who I was and what number he called me at. I said I would be more than happy to talk to him once I checked his license that he was a private investigator. He proceeded to get even more heated and forget his "ma'am's", and was all "You need to tell me who this is to be fair, tell me who this is". I then again asked for his private investigators license number, and told him I did not appreciate his calling and leaving an ambiguous panic inducing message that I was being investigated, and that once I checked that he was a private investigator I would speak to him. I then said this is going nowhere, and I don't believe you are a private investigator, he then lost his [***] and started yelling, "Who is this" and "Don't call me anymore".
I then went to search all of the "Calvin Fosters" "C. Foster" "Fosters" and every other possible combo in Florida that are licensed in Florida - and guess what? There are none. He is a liar/con artist.
