I get phone calls from Jupiter, Florida all the time. Maybe one time I answered but after that I just let it ring. Never get a live person and nobody ever leaves a message. Almost as bad as a gold salesman from California that would never leave me alone until I called the office after hours to have my name taken off their call list.  If I don't recognize a phone number, they can leave a message if it is important and I will call them back, plain and simple.  And my home and cell numbers are on the DNC list.
