Call from "Boca Raton, FL" - I did not answer - No message left.

Hung up when I answered US......(gov't phone)

Just received an call from this number.  Says it is from Boca Raton, FL.  Didn't answer the call.  Does anyone know who is calling from this number?  I assume it is a scam or a telemarketer of some sort.  But my number is registered on the "Do Not" call list.
