A lady called stating my husband's name was drawn for an the Orland Trip at our local fair only to go on to say it would cost us $398. When I told her I was not interested she called me back and stated that I was rude and classless and she hung up on me. I called back to ask for a supvervisor and she stated they were "done with me" and not to call back again. It was totally shocking and un professional. "If" this is a real company I would never want anything to do with them.

This person actually said she was done and hung up when she was given the price of the vacation offer. We accidently called her back but because of her blatant rudeness, we in fact revoked the offer. We are a licensed company who has been in business over 10 years and have never received a complaint from our actual travelers. This caller did continue to harrass us after she infactically said, "I'm done." She then hung up on the representative. This person was also put on our do not call do not travel list. She has been banned from participating in our promotions.
Something tells me this company is BOGUS. The caller was so persistent that I was on the verge of using profanity ( something I refrain from ever using). When I asked for something in writing, she said that was not possible!!! BIG RED FLAG!!! Don't get sucked into her pitch no matter how glamerous she makes it sound.
This company, Gecco Marketing, Inc., is not licensed as a Seller of Travel in the State of Florida. Their license expired in April 2011 and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services list their status as “Closed - out of business”.
However, they have kept renewing their web domain (last renewed in April 2014) and claiming on their web site (www.geccomarketing.com) that they are currently licensed, referring to their expired license number.
They currently list (800) 578-4547 & (561) 790-5433 as their phone numbers.
