I just received a call from ana at chefmasterusa and my fiance thinks its to good to be true. we did go to the bridal spectacular convention here in vegas tho. Has anyone really gone on the vacation yet? i would hate to get my hopes up for nothing.
Got a call from Chef Master USA. Received some free advertising gifts from them for attending their cooking show (like you see on tv) was a lot of fun and the gifts seem to be great so far. Got free wedding bands. They are the same ones we were going to buy at Jareds. We are very happy.
I got a call from Christine with Chef Master USA. It seems like a hoax. I went to the chefmasterusa.com website that she gave me and it seemed a little sketchy. I googled the Grocery Store USA coupon offer from the chefmasterusa website. I noticed there was a misspelled word on the Grocery Store USA coupon and became more skeptical. I googled "is grocery card usa a hoax?" and the first site on the results is a message board similar to this but instead of chefmaster calling from 561-795-4290, all the comments were about RP Brides calling from 845-782-6759. But all the same general info was the same: won the trip, or wedding bands, and the grocery store usa coupons and had to go to a hotel next week to see a cooking demo, etc. Some comments say it was a legit offer, but one comment that stood out to me was that they make you sign something saying you will buy $2000 worth of products or else they will bill your credit card for them. So, I would say it is a scam. Beware and do not release your CC info. Also, a lot of the comments mentioned they had been to David's Bridal. I just bought my wedding dress from David's Bridal last Saturday. Apparently there is something in David's Bridal's privacy policy that says they will disclosure your information to others. I would just say to please be careful and do not sign anything or give out your credit card information without doing some investigation first.
My fiance and I attended a Chef Master cooking show in Las Vegas about two months ago. The free advertising gifts were real, the cooking show was great and we had a lot of fun. We did not sign anything when we were there and they never asked us to. We have been using the coupons now for a while and have had no problems. We found the products to be fantastic. We didn't buy anything when we attended the show and they were still very friendly and helpful. It's legit and worth going to.
