This is a scam: a collection agency that tries to collect "ghost debts" by calling people's friends and relatives to harass them into giving up information on where the person allegedly owing a debt can be found. They operate in a covert, underhanded manner, calling constantly and acting in a mocking way, as though they believe they are untouchable. Quite harassing!
They are also using Spoofed local numbers to try to get the people to answer the phone!

These people keep calling asking for someone who does not live here. Call 3 and 4 times per day. I have called them back and told them to stop calling. That incites them to call more frequently the next day. My husband is not well and I am concerned that he will fall when attempting to answer these bogus phone calls. Use many different phone numbers , some are local area code.
