I got a call from 561-829-2199 on February 19, 2015 at 1:01 pm.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Out of area," even though I live in the 561 area code.  I have been on the Do Not Call list for ten years.  The number seems to originate from the Belle Glade, Florida area, but I don't know anyone from Belle Glade.  If I remember correctly, it seems I had another call from Belle Glade a couple of weeks ago.
