Who called from 5618295648

I got calls from this number twice; I called it back today and it is a research company conducting surveys on type 2 diabetes, COPD, and other health issues.

I got a call from 561-829-5648 on Oct. 27, 2014 at 5:06 pm.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said "Out of Area" even though I live in the 561 area code.  I have been registered for ten years with the Do Not Call list.

I got another call from 561-829-5648 on October 28, 2013 at 8:13 pm.  I was not home and the caller did not leave a message.

I got a call from 561-829-5648 on October 25, 2014 at 1:30 pm.  I did not answer and the caller did not leave a message.  My caller ID said "Out of area" even though I am in the 561 area code.  I have been on the Do Not Call list for ten years.  So far, I have gotten three calls from this number.

We get regular calls from 561-829-5648.  Even though we answer, no one ever responds on the other end.
