I got a call from 561-887-1666 at 12:20 pm on June 27, 2016.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Out of area," even though I live in the 561 area code.  Don't legitimate businesses use their real name for their ID?  I would think so.   I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years.
