Received a call from this number today. Left no voice message. The caller ID was "Delray Beach FL". Presumed political call or telemarketer. To me, there is no difference between the two.
I got a call from 561-900-0460 on May 13, 2016 at 3:19 pm. The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on. My caller ID said, "Out of area," even though I live in the 561 area code. I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years.
Received call from this number today, May 13 at 4:08pm. I don't answer unknow numbers, and I don't have an answering machine. Based on entry above, it's a robocaller look for active phones. Sorry I disappointed you today.
