Sounded like it was from some call center, sounded like a big room with other activity.
There was a pause after I said hello.
Man with heavy "India type" accent started into the old 'Microsoft computer scam' routine, "This is Microsoft, we have detected some problems with your computer.."
Sure, buddy.  I told him I didn't have a computer, he hung up.
The phone number is from West Palm Beach Florida, I'm guessing it's a spoofed number.
