I have had many calls all of whom have tried to sell me a plan that does not meet the requirements of the ACA. Some of the plans are very low prices but have to be submitted to underwritting. They also have cap limits on benefits and the agents have talked against the ACA and told me that all the doctors are not going to accept Obamacare and I shouldn't have to pay for maternity care etc. It is awful how these people will call you. It all starts after you log off of HealthCare.gov. I wonder how do these people get our info off of that web site. That can't be legal.
I get a call almost every day. Today the guy was way out of line. I asked his name and he refused to give it to a "tattle tale" . I would like to report them to the BBB of Idaho and the Insurance of Idaho.
I am getting harrassment calls from an insurance company. They are threatening to put denied on an insurance file if I do not return calls. I would like to report them to the the BBB. I tried to call and get it cleared up and recieved verbal abuse from the representative. . .who would not give his name.
