calls at least 5x's a day to my work phone.(I work at an Insurance Agency) When you call back this # it says "We are experiencing technical difficulties and to call back in 48 hours. Very annoying when you are trying to work. Does anyone know how to make these people stop calling?

They keep calling and hanging up on my machine! Tried answering today but not saying anything to see if anyone talked, and still they just hung up. Considered blocking the number, they are so annoying, but it costs to block a number. They call at least once a day, sometimes twice!!
