A man said "Is Bill in?" sounded like he's a personal friend of "Bill". I said "Bill who?" because we have two Bill's. He gave me the former CEO's last name, who left the company two years ago. Ding Dong! "I" hung up.
I have had the same situation where someone has called numerous times asking for the former CEO. Now I just put them on hold and leave it there, one day they'll get the picture.
RECEIVED A CALL FROM JUSTIN AT THIS NUMBER. GAVE COMPANY NAME AS GAF. WOULD NOT TELL ME WHAT THIS WAS ABOUT BUT WANTED TO TALK TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY (ASKING FOR HIM BY HIS FIRST NAME) 'JUSTIN' SAID HE WAS FOLLOWING UP ON A CALL (WHICH WAS A LIE- I CHECKED WITH THE CO. PRESIDENT). WE ALSO HAVE RECEIVED CALLS FROM JOHN SAVONA? FROM GAF AS WELL. SAME ATTITUDE AND SAME MESSAGE. THIS NUMBER COMES OUT OF FL (BOCA RATON?)
