Who called from 5619901580

Repetative calls.  First time i answered I heard someone laughing and hung up.  so I though it was a prank.  Now they call 2 times a day.  I don't anwer

They called.........I said "Hello?"......no answer. I called them back and got a recording of "You have reached Direct Student Financial Services", at which point, I hung up. I am 45 years old, and not in college.

I've gotten a couple calls. No response when I answer the call. And just before it hangs up, there's a laugh or child playing.

Starting again after a vacation ?? Cid said ONEBLOOD ? Do not answer unknown #'s and left no message !!
