receive a few calls a day-they never leave a message.
I called back, I get a recorded message that says my call is very important, please stay on the line...etc.
They start calling th day your bill is due, and will call every hour all day long from 8am - 9pm, and don't leave messages. Calls originate in India, and callers are very difficult to understand.
