Who called from 5620245698

I received a call from (562) 024-5698 on Feb 10, 2015 at 622pm. Caller ID showed California. This caller left no message.
This is a Scammer!  There is no such number as this.  562=area code/Line number can not begin with a 0 (zero) or a 1/
Therefore 024-5698 does not exist.  This is a good example of SPOOFING!!!!

I hate these people running these robo calls. I wish someone would shut them down.
I get them every single day now.
