Thanks, Sherriem. Oh, those Indian "Microsoft" callers are ridiculous--and stupid! When they said there was something wrong with my computer, I truthfully asked "which one? I have 3". Their reply "Uh, Windows XP" (which was no longer supported, & I no longer had), I'd had enough, and just said "Liars!"(that's rare for me!), & hung up. What sort of idiots do they take us for?!
