9/29/15 9:55 PDT Didn't recognize number and ID is the ever-popular CALIFORNIA so did not answer. Went to voice mail, but no actual message left, just brief dead air. Heaven help us with the number of possibilities within 562 area code. Unfortunately can't block every one of them. Do live in area and have a number of legit contacts, so can't block entire 562 code.
No more info to contribute. I answered (I'm also in 562 area) ... got no response & I hung up. I called the number and got the same recording (from Verizon Wireless, number no longer in use, etc.) After disconnect I noticed several clicking sounds.
9/30/15 15:37 PDT Called again today, this time idiot expected response to his "hello" from voice mail. Still no ID and no other message. Will now proceed to block.
10/03/15 Was out, but appears this number tried twice within a minute's time to call. Number appears on call log, but no message, probably because it is blocked and caller didn't get to voice mail.
