appears to be a scam to scare you into calling this number to make payment to a fake "IRS"

Same thing as others. Want me to call back about a lawsuit from the IRS... A personal name comes up with this number though, a Paul Cross on caller ID.

I was suspicious and screen my calls. The message was the same and it was not even a clear recording. They should be arrested.

Yeah I have gotten at least 3 calls from this number, I did call back to find out what the heck was going on, the guy had a thick accent asking me for my phone number and name..I didn't give him any info, and asked outright if he was phishing and that this must be a scam,also told him I was contacting the authorities which he just said nonchalantly "OK, you do that" before he hung up. I have advised my local authorities about it,hopefully they will dealt with.   Number showed up on my caller i.d. with the name Cross Paul.
