1/27 14:15 PST  Don't know or care this is.  Must be a robotic call since it only rang once.  Get an incredible number of calls from 562 area code which can't be bothered to ID themselves.  What the creeps don't seem to understand is that they are  never going to get an answer.

2/06 11:45 PST Second attempt from this number.  This time ID is one of those long strings of numbers beginning with V.  Oh well.

2/11 11:00 AM PST  Third attempt to call.  Still don't know who this is, or particularly care, but wonder why I seem to be the only one reporting.  Caller ID is slightly different.

They said they were trying to save homeowners electric bill with fed money

2/24 13:03 PST Number is blocked, so only rang once.  Once again, ID is slightly different but still no real ID.
