A new one but any that is in the area code and is listed as "Out of Area" brings up the flags. Didn't bother letting the machine answer just blocked them.
Received a call from this number. Said I won some cash from a drawing. They had my name & address.
I tried to call number back & received the following message. "This is a Magic Jack number & it has not been
assigned." Worried that it was some sort of scam or future identity theft.
