Received one call yesterday (12/11/13) and another today from this number. Caller ID shows "OUT OF AREA." Went to voice mail both times. First time complete silence on voice mail, second time I could hear muted background of voices - what I think of as "phone boiler room" noises. Some internet lookups say this is an invalid number.
