Scam call from "IRS" final call ... called me at 6.30am and again at 8am. Give me 5 minutes in a room with one of these asshats!

I received a call saying the IRS is suing me...

Called, got one ring, didn't answer, they left no message.  Another scumbag to forward to some other scumbag scammer.

Yes I got a message on machine saying "IRS is suing you, this is your FINAL NOTICE, call the # immidiately"   Okay several things wrong here:  1) the IRS only alerts you via MAIL not through the phone - so you can easily write this one off as SCAM
2) They never mentioned who had the IRS tax problem?  I know I have no problem but who are they referring to? Another major red flag

get a voice mail saying " hello, this call is officially a final notice from IRS, Internal revenue service the reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you, to get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 562 274 5218, I repeat 5622755218.
