Who called from 5623305621

Call center for some business.  I said take your scam and shove it.  Number is spoofed. *69 gets not in service recording.

I am getting messages daily \ with no message. When I call back I get not in service recording as well. How can I stop them from calling?

Just called again and loud call center noises.  THis guy just kept reading his script even when I yelled and him and slammed the phone down.  He called back!  It was a "local" heating and plumbing scammer.  869 gives not in service message.
