This idiotic caller/company calls from a different number (5622928686), which IDs as Cellet. As I left if the other comment, they claim the message is for you because they rely on if your VM greeting announces your name and if it does, then they make you think the message is for you.

Just try calling back, I double dog dare you. The number's gonna be "out of service" then
