CID started with the "V", and it locked the line up. I didn't pick up - wasn't near it. But I noticed the line light blinking so I pick up receiver and no dial tone, empty. Hang up and it released the line. Blocked now. Had this problem before on other idiot calls.

Got a call today at 1:55 PM. CID says "Long Beach CA". I get a lot of calls with "Long Beach" as the CID and they have all proven to be jackwagons trying to sell me unsolicited crap. This is just another one. Added it to my call blocker. Suggest everyone else do the same or just plain don't answer.
