2/27/15 8:11 PST This new tack showing a city and state as the caller ID really sucks. It seems to me that any legitimate business will be more than willing to identify themselves and hiding behind a location and unrecognized number will more often guarantee no response. Of course, there are some folks who do not have caller ID and no messaging so I hope we can get word out to them that they need to be really cautious about falling for the scams. I believe most of them are elderly and very resistant to even simple technology (like my 95 yr. old mom).
This one was ID'd as city and state and about 15 secs. of dead air on VM.
