9/26 15:38 PDT  No ID and no message.  All tracers say the number is in Compton, CA, but they want payment to actually provide caller ID.  This is one of the biggest scams of all.  That all of them can hide behind these numbers and the providers can block us from finding them without paying.  Just fed up with all of this.
