Third call since July 15. This time I answered to get info for a complaint. Caller Jacob, was sure to mention So Cal Edison -- I don't know if I heard the business name correctly, "Council (?) Renewable Energy" (AKA SOLAR) -- I told him to put my name/number on their internal "Do not call" list. History shows this only works sometimes, but if YOU decide to file an FTC complaint (which I've done before, but have yet to see results), having a record of your telling them this reinforces your case.
