First nuisance call of the day. A-holes got me out of bed.
An internet search says this number belongs to Ruth Perkins, Hebe Ave, Artesia California, but I bet it's been disconnected and is being spoofed.
Call seems to come from Norwalk,ca. Returned call w/*67 and rang very awkward after a min a machine answered and said it's a survey has ended and press 9 to take number off there list. Funny how where they suppose to do that if I called block? What's annoying is these people can spoof a number, and there are no laws against it.
