Caller ID said "Survey" but the recorded message said "Hi, this is Heather calling about your credit card. There is no problem with your card at this time, but it is imperative that you call us immediately to take advantage of this opportunity to lower your interest rate...." That's all I heard before I hung up. I don't carry any balance on any of my (more than one) credit cards, and of course this has all the hallmarks of a scam.
